In my opinion, Q was an alt-channel (aka back channel) media organ of the Trump administration ... amongst other things.
Hopefully, we will see both Trump and Q return.

I got to listen to the Vandersteel interview of Jack Maxey. He is disgusted with every politician on the R side. She asked if Trump has contacted him. He said nobody returns his calls anymore. Bannon NEVER mentions him. I wonder what is going on. Are some in the fight in different areas or are some in the fight for money? Could there be a reason for total compartmentalization? For civil courts, we are under British civil laws. Attorneys take the BAR, and an oath to the BAR: British Accreditation Registry. I’m fairly sure that the ABA falls under the BAR. This is basically a guild, as in the old European style.
Not sure what is “American Constitutional law”? Sounds like Common Law, based on the Bible, Declaration, Constitution, first 12 amendments. Practiced in SCOTUS.

The iconic Los Angeles hotel has been subject to an ongoing boycott since 2020. Nearly 250 of the hotel’s employees were let go at the beginning of the pandemic, allegedly without insurance or severance.
And there have been allegations of racial discrimination and harassment, which the hotel has denied.
Still, Jay is going ahead with his starry bash, where he will be joined by Beyoncé, who is performing at the Oscar telecast live from a Compton tennis court.

I don’t think ‘American constitutional law’ is a real, legal thing, but ideally, all laws passed by congress would go before the supreme court to see if it abridges the Constitution and Bill of Rights. If it’s unconstitutional, then it gets squashed. If it passes the constitutional test, then it goes to the president to sign it into law or veto it. I feel that’s a good form of checks and balances.
