This reddit thread is sad - families reporting that they've been battling illness after illness since November and can't take it anymore. A school workers saying they've used up their sick days and there are still 3 months left of the school year. Mothers tending the whole house full of sick family members. Many reporting complete isolation, exhaustion etc. No socializing because you or your family members are ill, no energy, no freedom.
And along come trolls to tell them that Covid damages your immune system and telling people to mask up (N95) and demand better air quality in the work place, and (worthless) PCR testing! No mention of the 'vaccine' and the few brief posts saying having Covid improves immunity are ignored.
Here's an example - note this bit of fake 'science' warning what will happen if we don't jump on the Covid wagon : "... kids will catch covid over a dozen times before they reach adulthood and no one's body can handle that many covid infections."

It makes it harder for your immune system to fight things off after covid, so you end up sicker for longer and more often. Even normally mild viruses will hit harder. The viruses going around didnt all change, ppl's immune systems did, that's what we're seeing now. This isnt a new phenomenon either, this happens with other viruses like measles, HIV, ebola, etc, it's just that 80% of the population doesnt have those so we never see it on such a large scale.

This isn't fear-mongering, it's giving ppl the right information to accept reality so we can move forward and demand better from our government. Pretending its 2019 again is only going to make this worse. I'm not saying masks forever either, im saying the government needs to step up and implement improved indoor air quality, paid sick days and PCR testing again. Without this, kids will catch covid over a dozen times before they reach adulthood and no one's body can handle that many covid infections. Unfortunately, governments will continue to push the "covid is mild/covid is over" narrative because then ppl wont demand they make these expensive changes and they will feel comfortable sending their kids to school so they can go back to work and make money so they can spend it. Profits over people.
They dont know how long this dysfunction lasts, but the best guesses now are about 8 months. The problem is, ppl keep getting re-infected over and over again so that immune dysregulation keeps on happening. Most ppl arent testing for covid anymore so they dont even know they had it again, they just think they had a cold. Sometimes it can take up to 5 days to test + on a home test as well, so even well-meaning people that test might not have picked it up if they didnt do serial testing. In canada right now, about 1 in 24 people have covid, so if you have symptoms, there is a very good chance it's covid and most people are infectious for 10 days.
As much as we want it to be over, its not, we just got really good at being able to pretend it is by ignoring it and tolerating a much higher level of sickness than we're used to. How much longer does anyone want to do life like this, cuz at this rate, there is no end in sight. It wont all just magically go away one day."

My daughter had all the shots and boosters. So did her husband and daughter. Husband and daughter so far have been fine. My daughter missed three days from work last week with vomiting and diarrhea. Her immune system has always been weak but it’s 10X worse now. Not even one time has she admitted that it might be from the vax. Most of my family is vaxed and they have all had covid at least three times. None will admit that the vax is worthless for protection or that it might be hurting people.

The problem I see is pride. They won’t admit they did something stupid, even if they were trusting the doctors, so they will continue to take them. I hope they don’t do that. My daughter, that took the entire series of shots, had covid right after her last booster. She thought she had a sinus infection for three days before they made her test at work because somebody she worked around had it. They think that since they had the shot, they can’t get covid. She was around me in that three days and I didn’t get it. That had her scratching her head some.
Most will figure it out, but it might be too late for some.
