... So how am I wrong in any regards to what has been stated?
Your right...
So all Supreme Court decisions are full of crap unless you agree with them. Thanks for clearing that up for us.
The Southern actions were not Constitutional, they launched a bloody rebellion that killed hundreds of thousands of people and devestated whole sections of the South, and they have only themselves to blame for it.
I'm not sure what else to call someone whose view of the Constitution is "whatever a judge says it is" and embraces federal supremacy. But actually he never called you a liberal in the first place. But I do agree with the implication.
Of course you would. And if I thought for a moment that you knew what you were talking about I might be mildly offended.
Amen brother. Every word of your post is the truth.

actually the TRUTH is that you agree with the USSC, when it is in YOUR opinion correct.
also, fyi, you are NOT believed any more by ANYBODY but the DUMBEST of the DUMB-bunnies of the "DAMNyankee coven of lunatics, BIGOTS,fools,REVISIONISTS, "useful idiots",LEFTISTS,etc.", as you are NOTHING but a PROPAGANDIST for the most radical of unionists/fanatics.

Sir, I do not know you. And I don't know anything about you. So I'm going to do my best not to judge you by 1 dumb*ss post of yours that I read.
You certainly don't know Southerners! My Dad was violently against "Welfare" of any kind. He sent money home to my Grandmother whenever he was able from the age of sixteen. That is expected, to honor your Father and Mother. Conversely, every Southern Mother would have been obliged to send a crate of preserves to her daughter with a note that she remembered how much Robert loved her jam and just had to send them some. In the box she would of course enclose her biscuits or cornbread to eat with the jam. She could also send a side of bacon that they had all salted down the year before at hog killin' time while they were back home with Momma. Momma might send real Coffee if her daughter had mentioned that all they had on post was chicory.
Your Northern concept of Yankee dollars equating to material goods does not acknowledge the love and consideration between Southern families. Southern charity is masked behind a contrivance that allows the receiver to accept it with a dignity that would not exist from the ugly exchange of money.
I of course have seen this even among community members in the South. Mr. Jones may go hunting one morning and kill some rabbits but his wife "didn't want to mess with them" so he dropped them by the neighbors that happened to have seven kids at home to feed.
When I was little, my Dad butchered our pigs and the whole community turned out to help, the men outside and the women inside. You haven't lived until you see a hog dropped from a timber into a 55 gal. drum of boiling water.
Along the same lines, would you send care packages to our Soldiers in Iraq or Afghanistan? Yes? Would you every just send them money instead? It isn't the same thing is it?
in his weird little world, everything done by the DAMNyankee invaders (like slaughtering 92 members of my family, as if they were hogs, just because they were "other than white persons") was PERFECT in every way AND everything ever done by any southerner was totally flawed & wrong.
he. otoh, is the ONLY DAMNyankee hater on FR, who has BOTH a functioning brain & an education. the rest of the "DAMNyankee coven of lunatics, fools, nitwits, bigots, south-HATERS,"useful idiots", REVISIONISTS & leftists" are just PITIFULLY dumb & clueLESS!
