Can’t pick a person because you fell in love with her based on her having one good moment in a debate. Nobody knows who she is, she hasn’t been vetted and she isn’t ready for prime time.

In any case, I think it’s always better for candidates to be vetted before being the nominee. Whatever isn’t dealt with now will certainly come out against them in the general election campaign.

How bad you might ask???
So bad that he got P’owned by an unknown in two straight debates, and after spending ~ 30 Million over the last 5-6 months directly and indirectly trying to sell himself, he’s sitting in the low 20s with an unknown whos entire TV ad spending has been less than 150k. That’s how “great” Oz is... McCormick is the same...
The fact its less than a week before election day, and both McCormick and Oz can’t even get out of the low 20s in support among REPUBLICAN voters in PA after spending 50-60 Million combined tells you all you need to know about how bad these guys are going to play.
Fetterman is a beast, and he will eat McCormick or Oz for breakfast and crap them out by lunch.. they have NO chance of connecting with the electorate here in any meaningful way. The only way either one of them wins against Fetterman is if the democrat brand is so damaged by Biden and the economy that a ham sandwich would have one as long as it had an R by its name.
Oz and McCormick are basically pro forma generic R’s in this race, at BEST... they aren’t going to pull it out this fall... I have said this long before anyone was even mentioning Barnette’s name... It was true then and its true now...
A big red wave is coming this fall, but if there is a race that is very likely to buck that trend its going to be the PA senate race if Oz or McCormick are the nominee.
IF you live in PA, then by all means vote for who you like, but as a person who’s had to live with the crap that is the GOPe of PA since 1986, and the absolute crap candidates they have given us.. don’t remotely try to lecture me about who can actually win here.
