Evil though this plan may be, it has vulnerabilities. They cannot let EVERYBODY starve, as some serfs have to provide for the comfort and well-being of the elite. So there are “house serfs” that have relatively close contact with the elite, and they do not all turn a blind eye to the suffering of the masses. And the elite themselves have their petty disagreements, often resulting in a sort of palace revolution, where one group of the elite come into conflict with another branch of the “family tree”, thus keeping their overall numbers down.

In every tyrannical command-and-control regime, in which scarcity is the weapon of choice to keep the serfs under control, there is an underground of thieves and grifters that develops a sort of crude capitalism through black market and by raids on the stores of the elite, with this leakage and pilferage (which is invariably punished by death if detected by the elites), there is enough in terms of supplies and recovered technology to eventually make a direct and effective assault on the ruling elite. Nine times out of ten, this sort of peasants’ revolt gets crushed, but sometimes it is successful, and after a huge blood bath, a new society is born.

The history of the formation of the United States of America is evidence that this outcome can succeed, but only so long as the development of a new elite is discouraged. For some 240+ years, it was working here. But the elite developed their army of Praetorian guards, and are even now in the process of deploying them.

The hour is late and the tide rises. Which way it floods to, is partly based on the determination of each side. The side with the most determined goals in mind stands to win, but only if the psyops actions sufficiently demoralize the other side.

Raise a vision, hold to it, and use the “Rules for Radicals”, as set forth by Saul Alinsky, to keep the rivals tripping all over themselves.
