The Supreme Court correctly concluded the Federal government has no power to regulate abortions. Such power is left to the States.
The title of this article is very misleading.

I get that the Court ruled that the federal government can’t legalize abortion as they did it but did they absolutely rule that Congress can’t make abortion illegal?

Agree, but quoting FR poster rdcbn1 “The Supreme Court has remanded the abortion issue back to the state level and many states are so radical that they are passing permissive abortion laws that are outright infanticide up to and even defacto after the moment of birth which is actually far worse than the laws under Roe.”
He has a point.
