They ruled that Roe v. Wade was incorrectly decided.

That returned the law back to before Roe v. Wade was decided, where abortion was a state issue.

It is hard to see how abortion could become under federal jurisdiction, unless by an enormous stretch of the Commerce Clause.

However, such a stretch has been made for the EPA and the endangered species act.

Progressives want no limit to federal power. That includes no limit on federal power over the states.

Aren’t there limits to what a state can do to a person, such as the right to kill a domestic servant, or requiring a full face tattoo on all newborns, or that all newly delivered babies have their left hand surgically removed in the delivery room?
