The last census was done in 2020, the apportionment allocations due to population changes have already gone into effect.... This bill, isn’t going to affect this falls election... they aren’t re-assigning electorate distribution before November.
Not a matte of re-assigning electorate distribution now the set up was done years ago census now are just word work to make it look real.

The democrats can vote to say Apportionment will include illegals... however, they can do that, but that apportionment will not go into effect before the November election.
The Number of representatives per state is set, CA isn’t goign to get 2 or 3 more house members, and somewhere else isn’t going to lose any between now and November regardless of this law.. assuming it even passes to become a law.
This bill, A is not the law yet, and B even when passed is not going to change the allocation by November... so it may affect future elections but its not going to be impacting this one.
2 or 3 more house members are meaningless illegals don’t do censes millions that have crossed the border have given their names bogus or not they get counted (mail in ballets) it worked in 2020.

They aren’t adding new seats, they are simply going to reallocate seats based on population numbers that include illegals.
ALl this will do in the end of the day is move house districts and EC counts per state.
And that isn’t going to happen before November, even if this bill becomes law.
You fail to notice how the party operates the bill is futile dates are meaningless it’s just a form for an excuse to say we need to enforce it now.
Notice how many times Biden has abused the law and constitution with bogus excuses (open border).
