Possibly known to freepers as Daryl Crowe in Justified. He played a short-lived weasely Brotherhood of Steel character in Fallout recently, too. He’s never seemed very bright to me, but at least he’s headed in the right direction politically now. I’ll be surprised if that lasts.

I’ve seen a few of Rappaport’s rants. He sounds like he is riding that edge of sanity pretty close.
He is probably best known in Prison Break. He’s a 2nd tier character actor that mostly plays villains.

I recognize that SOME actors have a lot of talent
but alas,
some actors’ talent is limited to the stage; they’re crazy idiots concerning public issues
I respect the ones that stick to acting, or else bother to engage some brain cells before activating their oral orafices
