Juries are unpredictable in many ordinary cases, so this one it's not even possible to guess. But I think the Trump haters are getting something they want with this salacious testimony; but Trump is also getting something as well. Daniels spoke about lawyers handling the case for her, which confirms that the NDA was considered by all parties to be legal expenses. And that destroys the idea that the records were falsified.

Perhaps the Trump hating jurors will be satisfied that his reputation has been smeared even more, but can't find the needed elements of a crime. Then again, we won't know until they come back with a verdict.

The article leaves off the Merchan comment which follows which is particularly outrageous: After over-ruling defense objections to Stormy Daniels testifying at all (as irrelevant) and defining further objections that there is just no need for those kind of details, how she felt about it, as this “is a case about books and records”, Merchan chided the defense for not objecting more and claimed he hadn’t over-ruled their objections to various things coming in - despite clearly doing so.

This preserves it for appeal. The federal appeal courts are are gonna bitch slap Merchan if the state appeal courts don’t do it first.

That’s the only saving grace in this travesty show trial.

I hope he sues Bragg and the state of New York for malicious prosecution when he’s president and recruits a whole slate of maga candidates to flip the city and the state red.

That’s my fantasy and I’m sticking to it.
