He can defend himself in court. He is barred from attacking witnesses, jurors or family members of court officials. It’s a simple concept and not unusual for high profile cases like this.

It is unusual on two accounts. One, gag orders are mostly used so the prosecution cannot prejudice the jury pool.
But in this case, prosecution witnesses are slandering the defendant in very disgusting ways.... and he, the defendant has to remain silent?

Total tyrannical BS.

You’re saying he can be called to testify. Is that correct? Which is to say he’ll have his opportunity to speak his piece, correct?

Trump hasn't "attacked anybody".

It’s a simple concept...

Amendment I is the simplest of concepts. That's why it's the FIRST Amendment.
