In America — depending on who you are — you are Guilty until you prove yourself Innocent. And that’s a tricky business, because some judges don’t allow you to defend yourself at all.
What an evil place this land has become.
New York has a judge that said “the second amendment does not exist in my courtroom”...
So... yeah. Kangaroo courts and Banana Republics are embarrassed by how blatant this is.
He can defend himself in court. He is barred from attacking witnesses, jurors or family members of court officials. It’s a simple concept and not unusual for high profile cases like this.
And you have to present your defense first, and then they will tell you if you guessed correctly what the charges were.

I’m still stumped as to why trumps lawyers sat there like idiots without objecting. Even the judge was stunned. Trump’s lawyers are failing him.
