I posted an article last night about Trump ending "catch and release" at the border and now it and all of the replies have been deleted.
This is the link to the article:
https://news.yahoo.com/trump-administration-announces-end-catch-025632910.html
Why was it deleted?
Was it critical of qanon?
You’re asking the wrong people.
Who knows? Some of the mods are rude, disrespectful, egomaniacs who dont bother explaining their actions.
“Why was the article I posted deleted along with the comments?”
Welcome to Free Republic! :)
Because it sucked with the heat of a thousand suns!
I could not tell you. I have no control on what gets deleted and what stays. I have had my posts deleted. Perhaps you struck a wrong nerve.
I checked the link. Article source is USA Today. That might be the problem.
Some sites get tetchy and legalistic about others like Free Republic re-posting their “content” so FR mods have to watch and remove such postings
That’s my best guess.
Sometimes if posters get a bit heated in their debate its easier for the moderators to delete the whole thread. If its not something to do with the source it might be that.
The link for the list of verboten sites is listed on the home page, or follow this link. here
This has been a PSA post, thank you .
Youre asking the wrong people.

Are there any right people to ask? I’ve seen many many threads like this. You rarely see a moderator response.
Some articles from sites such as USA Today (even though Yahoooooo is the place where you first found it) can’t be posted here due to copyright complaints.
I wouldn’t take it personally.
Yahoo news must be excerpted.........
You didn’t post it in Large Print, as required for all of us old fogeys. Luckily, you’re not required to post it in Braille yet.
The posting god didnt agree with you
Is your computer plugged in?
you should address the question to “admin moderator” in the “To” line. (though it looks like it may be a USA Today issue).
Oh Boy
