I was once sick, and western medicine was no help. I went on recommendation of a friend to a doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine, who did both acupuncture and herbs, and he gave me perhaps the best period of health I ever had.
You can use yelp or google reviews to find one near you with excellent user reviews. Some of them can do magic just with acupuncture needles and Chinese Herbs.

We loose spirits of health and healing and speak life into Wuli’s body, mind soul and spirit.

A pastor friend had developed similar coughing and gastric reflux, having been told he had excess stomache acid. Unlikely; the issue after 40 is generally both insufficient acid and insufficient digestive enzymes, resulting in said coughing. No way would pastor take acid or vinegar, etc., to help, but accepted digestive enzymes, which taken at a dose twice the level suggested on bottle, stopped the reflux and ending the coughing spells. Have found any type to work, but was given Puritan’s Pride brand. Said pastor is 72 and clinically obese.
God knows your condition. Praying in Jesus’ Name for relief and your healing.

Sorry. I meant to get back to my prayer request thread, and then each day I’d get caught up with the latest psosts, and their theads, and forget to go back to my prayer request.
One of the things I learned to repeat was:
For when you cant sleep
just remember
Since G-d willbe awake all night
you can sleep.
Psalm 121:4
He who keeps Israel shall neither slumber nor sleep.
You may not know what the future holds,
but you know who holds the future,
Rest in G-d’s peace, your sleep is a gift from G-d.
Yes, I finally got some good help,
beyond my primary phisician,
and am now getting some good
nightly sleep.

Just a sign that you were back in the normal swing of things, which is great! Praise be to God! Psalm 121 is one of the two I have memorized, although I have to refresh my memory more often than I used to. I’m so happy for you. See you in the posts. :)
