Our 17 year old Beagle got it. We watched his symptoms and had time to say goodbye and then before he was too bad we made that decision for him that he couldn’t make. I think you’re facing that decision. I feel so bad for you and your pet.
You need a sympathetic vet, not an oncologists. Sorry for your situation. Been there many times. Spent lots of money trying to find a solution. Never did.
Pets are family. The best for all of you. Prayers.

Sending lots of love and prayers for your sweet pup..we lost our beloved shih tsu Maxie in 2019 from cutaneous lymphoma so I know the pain you are going through..we chose against chemo and went with the doggy cbd oil which did not work for some cancers it does help but not for the cancer Maxie had

Little John. Have his litter mate George too. There were 5 pups named after the Beatles...John, Paul, George, Ringo, and Yoko the girl. Changed to Little John because he was a little bigger. Got the preliminary diagnosis on his birthday no less...8/10! 3 days from symptoms? What is that?
Exactly. I’m shocked at how none of the other replies offer prayers for what must be done.
This poor pet has a terminal disease. No amount of money will cure him. Treatments and surgeries and whatever will only prolong his misery and suffering.
My prayer here is for the OP to do the decent and kind thing for his loving companion.
