Probably, quite an accumulation of them. But, most likely, he was killed by some chemical or bio agent that simply doesn’t occur in nature.
Oh, in Russia, natural causes include a bullet or a fall from an open window, despite the temperature being below freezing meaning the window probably wasn’t left open by accident.
