House Democratic leadership is formally pushing its members to vote against a Republican bill that would block a Washington, D.C. law allowing non-citizen voting in local elections, Axios has learned.

Driving the news: In a whip question sent to House Democrats on Saturday night, a copy of which was obtained by Axios, House Minority Leader Katherine Clark's (D-Mass.) office said lawmakers are "urged to VOTE NO" on the four-page bill.

That means Democratic leadership will officially send their whip team to try to get as many of their members as possible to vote against the bill. The whip question noted that "16 other jurisdictions across the U.S. have enacted similar provisions" allowing non-citizen voting and that "nearly all House Democrats have voted in the past in support of D.C.'s right for self-governance and statehood." "House Republicans are once again attempting to undermine the political self-determination of the nearly 700,000 residents of Washington, D.C.," it added. Zoom in: The vote, slated for either Wednesday or Thursday, will mark the second time House Republicans have tried to overturn non-citizen voting in D.C.

See, it’s not just that Democrats are wrong, it’s that they are evil.

AFter this law, I expect them to pass a law making child molestation mandatory.

I thought the demoncraps said the idea that illegals are being allowed to vote was just a Republican conspiracy theory?

The franchise to vote is pretty plain - be a citizen with a fixed address in any state, be over eighteen years of age (a mistake, in my mind, should still be twenty-one), and have either a birth certificate to verify birthright citizenship, or naturalization certificate.

The “new residents” have neither a certification they are citizens, nor for the most part, a fixed address anywhere. A lot of them are either less than eighteen years of age as well, or well over the age of eighteen and posing as “high school students” to be able to get close to a vulnerable part of native population for whatever kind of evil they have planned.

Now why would they want non-citizens from voting?

This is why the America-hating communist left assisted the foreign bass turds with their invasion and takeover of America. It was all about votes from the scum of the earth. Freeloaders.
