Then, mind if I ask where the hell they were? My sister in Louisana didn't have power for days... I guess it's kinda hard for the State government to step in when the largest city in the state has been wiped out and all of your infrastructure destroyed or immobilized.

Bottom line, the feds dropped the ball.
