Remember, Tom, "Homeland Security" mentioned these folks could be carrying an Atlas. That one is 2003. Bet that is the same time year that Tom put out that tidbit.

Someone must have gotten a strange order or was approached by an Arab to buy a bulk amount for Tom to say that OR they're finding one everytime they pick someone up. The same year and edition keeps everyone on the same page.
