Exactly. I suffered from depression in college and blew myself up two or three times with TATP. We used to get it at the cafeteria.
Wasn't it "troubled students" that stormed the US embassy in Iran and took people hostage? Wasn't it "troubled students" in certain Central & South American Countries that tried to overthrow their governments or at other times did the bidding of their governments to do political acts the government could not officially sanction?
Whenever I have something blamed on "students" a red (as in Communist dictatorship) flag goes up in my mind.
These things do run in trends. Remember goldfish swallowing, phone booth stuffing, streaking and other horrors of campus life that spread from college to college?
It was only a matter of time before TATP pranksters were seen on college campuses throughout the US.
