During a report by Megyn Kendall of Fox News, an artist's sketch of the hearing was aired with Ginsburg's head using the bench as a pillow.LMBO!
If someone can get a screencap, that'll be legendary.

She should recuse herself immediately, prepare her resignation and submit it to President Bush ASAP on his return so someone else can fill the spot who's capable of fulfilling the position. Obviously she's not (and never was IMHO)

Let Scalia or Thomas fall asleep on the job and see if the reporting resembles this. The alphabet channels would be reporting this for two or three weeks 24/7 "at least", if this had happened to a conservative justice.
