I demand the immediate resignation of Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg from the United States Supreme Court due to her abdication of her Constitutional Duties.
I also Demand that every congressional committee put aside every piece of important legislation and halt all current proceedings and investigate this unconstitutional dereliction of duty on the part of the Supreme Court Justice.
I also demand that the executive branch appoint an independent investigator to investigate this.
I also demand that she be remanded from rendering any vote or opinion on the case in which she fell asleep.
For all of the above, I still demand that she tender her resignation immediately regardless of the reports of any of the investigations!!

After Anna Nicole Smith who could possibly go back to stale, boring technical stuff.
She is not well. but infirm judges manage to last years on the Court. Think Douglas and Marshall, who hun in there at least two years after they had "lost it."
She should immediatly recluse herself from this case. There was a recent case in Texas overruled by the Supremes because the Defense Attorney dozed off during the Trial. She voted to overule the Jury and send it back for retrial.
