In all seriousness, I think she should have to recuse herself from this case. She obviously missed testimony. Alito was not involved in the abortion protester decision because he was not on the court when testimony was given. If you do not have the physical stamina for the job it is time to go.

If the redistricting case goes against the current map I see a great case for an appeal - if one can appeal a Supreme Court decision?

She did not miss any testimony...she missed oral argument. There is a difference....

Regardless, (harsh reality alert)I'm sure her clerks were there, and that is all that really matters
