The only sketch artist in the Supreme Court would have to be approved by the justices.
I cannot imagine a sketch artist getting back in there if she/he really drew a picture to make Ginzburg look bad.

The sketch artist is normally hired by the news media, to fill in for lack of photos, not the Court.
