How long can it possibly take for the Justice Department to look up someone and see if they registered as a foreign agent? I can't believe they couldn't do it a day.

Clinton may or may not be registered or actually a Foreign Agent, and yet, Chertoff may or may not be a dual citizen, with actual citizenship in a foreign country. Woudn't that make him bona fide Foreign Agent himself? Which is worse? Can we trust either one?

Late Friday, Department of Justice lawyers in the Office of Legal Counsel were attempting to determine if former President Bill Clinton had registered as an "Agent of a Foreign Principal."........ Parsing the obvious. Also it would appear that the junior senator from New York is using her office for personal gain. Do her prehensile fingers reach into The Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States also? Ms. Clinton and her spouse are sitting on very thin ice, maybe this time it will break apart and drop them both into the murky depths of 'facing the music' of United States Law.
