How do the test IQ on kids that are 18 months old?
Probably similar to the process of counting votes for people who actually didn't vote.
That shouldn't be too hard. Experts have determined the IQ of presidents going all the way back to George Washington.
How well do they walk, do they talk, do they stack cups, how do they react to various stimulus, etc.
The researcher shows a baby a photograph of a person. Then the baby is shown both the picture again alongside the picture of another person. How long does the baby stare at the original picture (i.e. recognition) compared to the new one.
After July 2020, so 12 months. Their IQs are so low, they can’t even read, talk, or wipe their own asses, let alone hold down a job!!
They don’t test IQs at that age.

Bingo! You aren’t supposed to notice things like that.
There is NO way to measure the IQ of a child that young. None.
But they sure as hell are measuring the IQ’s of the adults who fall for this codswallop.
