Likely not, other than installation/base security and DOD police.
US Military personnel living in barrack/non-family quarters are in a stalag environment as far possession of weapons goes.
Married living in family quarters are a big different depending on service and rank.
In my military mind, the guidance ought to include: Prepare to fight, be a good LP/OP, secure and shelter, not hide and cower first, prepare to fight last....
