You should not assume everyone here is old enough and sophisticated enough (like you and me and lots of others) to recognize that you have taken someone else’s full parody, NOT giving a word of acknowledgement and credit to a the brilliant parody creator at Mad Magazine, whose parody you cut and pasted here, changing the phrase “Yucca Plats” to “New York.” Given that Mad Magazine and its fabulous, inspired song parodies were created right in New York City makes your plagiarism of this wonderful parody of the “My Fair Lady” song, “The Street Where You Live” that much more of an oversight on your part.
To Freepers young enough to not have devoured Mad Magazine in its day and not committed every classic parody to memory: Here are the Mad Magazine parody’s lyrics, created in New York City, etched forever in a hallowed place in the memory of senior Freepers. Going back to the fifties, in elementary school, my mental response to the “duck and cover” films was in the event of nuclear attack, bend over and kiss your sweet ass goodbye. If NYC gets nuked, the person in this PSA wouldn’t be broadcasting from a nice, intact office, she’d most likely be dead as would most of her prospective audience.
Russia only needs to take out the New York Times on a day that all the Bolsheviks are in the building (looking at you Pinch). Then we’ll have peace on earth!
The most likely scenario of all would be the crash of a B-52 armed with a nuclear device … piloted by a “diversity/equity” crew of disabled trannies of color.
In case of nuclear attack:

Any enemy of the United States would do their best to keep cities like New York and Detroit standing. As they are, these cities do worsening daily damage to the United States.
That’s what is scheduled. An underwater nuclear detonation that causes a tsunami.

Are they sure this PSA is about a possible nuclear attack? Or maybe what New York would look like if they gave Black Lives Matter everything they demand?

Quite possibly someone left behind in Afganistan a few nukes. We (meaning the Pedo pres) left every other bloody thing in our armory. If they have >1, mebbe DC, too?
Imagine the flood of blue city parasites leaving the blue cities if some nutjob Moslem group announces what they have. They could finish the job of ruining our economy if a dozen blue cities panic.

Another I'll never forget is the “Monopoly Fight Song” set to the music of the “Marines’ Hymn.”
