In the hours after the shooting at a private Christian school in Nashville on Monday, some conservatives rushed to blame the massacre on the suspect’s gender identity, connecting the tragedy to their national crusade against transgender rights.

Substitute “mental” health” for “gender identity,” and you’ll be closer to the truth.
Who pulled the trigger? The gun didn’t do it on its own.
Again, lets go over the narrative:
Black person shoots black person: Guns
Black person shoots white person: Guns
White person shoots white people: Guns
White person shoots black people: White Supremacy
Now in this instance, the white tranny in question did kill a black man. How come we’re not hearing about the white supremacy?
The LGBTQDNOP are claiming that da biatch who killed those innocent children was “possibly” a tranny. Mental issues are a big part of being a tranny.
“Some on the right blame gender identity and not guns for Nashville shooting”
Yes, they do. Deal with it.
Probably 95% of the people with “gender issues” have been driven crazy by society and not nature’s errors in hormones. Those remaining 5% are people with REAL problems (go look up Wendy Carlos, for example).
Woo Hoo, looks like the left will no longer blame a group of people for the actions of an individual.
This is good to know
Did outlawing drugs get rid of drugs trafficking and addiction?
Because Transfreaks of all colors now reside at the very top of the victim pyramid.
Though I doubt that in my lifetime they will ever understand, the NBC News folks need to come to grip with the fact, not theory, but fact, that all this transgender stuff is mental illness. We are as God designed us, male and female. Formed in the womb. Known personally by God before we are formed in the womb. Pretending to be otherwise is pretending, nothing more. Keep on pretending, and it becomes an illness of the brain and heart: a rejection of God. Rejecting God never works out well. Ever.
Take an immature, deeply troubled woman and dose her with testosterone her female body has no way of dealing with. Watch her rage, built on twenty year-old childhood grudges, grow to unmanageable levels. See the signs all around her go unacknowledged by her family and friends.
Then when she kills a half-dozen, blame the gun.
The gun did nothing until ANOTHER gender-confused individual picked it up, aimed it, and squeezed the trigger.
Fellow FReepers, we are coming to a crossroads with this transgender issue. Progressives are stating that there are “consequences for hate”, i.e. these gender-confused people weren’t wrong to do what they did because WE didn’t fully accept their lifestyle. They’re expecting that our side will cower and give in. STAND STRONG!
I blame mental illness and a toxic culture.
Well, folks with guns DID stop it.
That’s how I see it. This is a mental health issue, and as a society, we seem to be refusing to go there. Why aren’t we addressing the obvious mental health issues in its various forms in this country? It’s the elephant in the room.
The shooter was an abject freak, just like most of the shooters. Only question is what type of drugs did he/she/him/her/Ms./It take.
The guns didn’t sneak out of the gunsafe, steal the car keys, drive themselves down to the school, and hop into the school, aim themselves, and pull their own triggers.
America is entirely too tolerant of schizophrenics, be they transgenders or other perverts, roaming free among decent, rational people.
Some try to divert the motive away from transgenderism to Christianity instead because ‘It’ reportedly resented having to attend this religious school—a school we can assume that rejects transgenderism.
IMHO transgenderism and the social confusion that comes with it is enough to push a person past mental stability.
