Modern high tech, high intensity warfare burns through irreplaceable high tech weapons at a staggeringly fast pace. Sparingly economical use of the weapons to attack high value targets to manage supply lines and stores is a critical battlefield skill that the Ukrainian army does not posess. They get them for free and as far as they are concerned they have had an unlimited supply up until now. So they have used them indisciminatky and have rapidly blown through and squander the gifts we have given them to not real advantage that leads to a victory. All they have done is stall the Russian advance and produce a wasteful and murderous WWI style stand off. We have no more weapons to give to fend off the Russians and soon the Ukraine's ability to fight will be in serious trouble.

The S-500 (AWACS killer) has been deployed by Russia.
Both GPS and AWACS are now vulnerable and without at least one of them the modern battlefield becomes problematic for advanced weaponry.
