Huh? Noone here has ever defended the Russian state’s political murders. What the hell are you talking about?
How are you conflating that with their lower crime and cleaner cities?
I will say though, worry about the repressive Western regimes first. Clean up our own stables!
Tucker’s take is correct. Putin is a bad actor. Nonetheless the West shouldnt be provoking Russia nor interfering in Ukraine.
Both things are simultaneously true and there is no logical contradiction in saying so.
Damage control? Why the fk would a jornalist need to defend himself because some dictator offed an opponent? Ridiculous.
When I was a child during the cold war, we were taught how horrible Russia was. That their capitol was the nicest city in the nation, clean and up to date. If you went on tour, you would be shown only what they wanted you to see. But if you went to cities and towns far from Moscow, you would see the actual poverty.
You had to apply for a car, you couldn’t just buy one. You had to apply for an apartment in Moscow if you wanted to live there, and if you werr accepted, you might have to share it with another family.
So then, in the 90’s my college history professor was selected along with a few other history professors to go to Russia. They had to bring their own asprin and toilet paper because these things weren’t commonly available!
They didn’t stay in state owned hotels, but utilized the most highly recommended privately owned hotels to support private ownership. The bathrooms were in very poor condition.
In the US, we have our issues too. Washington DC is up to date and beautiful. The Subway is clean and you can feel the fresh air flowing. NYC subways are dirty and scary. No city I’ve ever been in compares to DC proper. Richmond, SC is also beautiful, but not as update as DC. But Richmond has a lot of federal workers. That’s where the bankruptcy court is.
Today, I see only a few differences between the two nations. IS Putin the actual head of his country? Because our President isn’t, according to Chuck Schumer.
I don’t give a RATs azz whether he or Putin is dead.
I habve no special love for either.
However, you and Blinken haz the sadz.
Yeah right. LOL
Already quite a few on other threads.
I see no one defending it. It is no different and equally horrible as it was to let American citizen Gonzalo Lira die in a Ukrainian prison for exercising speech.
You don’t draw a parallel to Prigozhin? Why is that? Prigozhin , like Navalny, was a Russian national killed in Russia for opposing Putin and mass murdering regime. Your moral equivalence clap trap is lazy, intellectually bankrupt and certainly not the least bit conservative in thought.
We see once again in this murder the Nazi traits of Putin’s illegitimate regime. Shame on any armchair observer to this butchery who finds anything redeeming in it.
“I don’t give a RATs azz whether he (Navalny) or Putin is dead. I habve no special love for either.”
For someone who professes ‘not to care’ you should probably post much less on the matter. Because your posting history makes clear that you do care and that you side with Russia and that you hate Ukraine.

I don’t care about who has Odessa. All I said was that Russia does care.

We are done with Ukraine. Americans do not care about Ukraine and want nothing to do with more funding.
Zeepers are not on the side of the American people.

If over 130 billion from the US alone hasn’t produced a win. Throwing more money at will change nothing.
Truth is American people do not care about Ukraine. They are tired of Ukraine and tired of paying for a war we do not want to pay for.
Has a cause of death been reported?
Britain and France, who have such a hard on to get the US (taxpayer) to send even more and more $Billions to “Ukraine,” are playing right along in their media, to ballyhoo the death of the Russian dissident Navalny.
