If first responders had been quicker to show up with fire extinguishers, i.e. within a minute or so, he would likely have survived, albeit with serious burns.

Yeah.I thought this would happen. At that point he’s well out of it. That would have been a long torturous thing to go through and maybe dying months ahead anyway.
Sorry for his family. I’m sure they’re devastated. Many liked this guy, said he was a nice guy.
