The Iranians were involved in discussions in Islamabad last week. The Pakistanis have promised to provide Iran an immediate nuclear retaliatory capability should Israel escalate with any type nuke. There have been reports that Israel has considered an EMP nuclear attack with minimal expected casualties. I would assume the Pakistanis would consider such an attack as breaching the nuclear threshold.
