The Western narrative is false. The Iranian attack was meant as a demonstration. They used their lesser drones and cruise missiles to identify the Israeli air defense radars and launchers and to bait Israel and the U.S. into expending some $3B in assets. Iran used their ballistic missiles (not their hypersonics) to hit the three most heavily defended targets on earth, the two air bases and the intel outpost. Iran can put as many ballistic and hypersonic missiles on Dimona as it will take. Just like in Ukraine, the Patriots are useless against Russian hypersonics.
