I would welcome an impeachment strategy if I thought it would work, but I don’t see how it can. Maybe it could inspire political action like voting dems out of the White House, but neither federal legislative body seems willing to help.
That’s true. It’s not likely to happen. But they do have the power to abolish inferior courts, so in theory, they could scrap the current appellate and circuit courts and start all over, though such a sweeping overhaul has never been done before.
