No you aren’t. You are not making something you are demanding an act against the sovereign country of Israel, not asking for Israel to change their stance on Gaza but by threatening them with:

That is not building something, that’s threatening someone with a physical act trying to do harm to another country by holding something hostage. In this case, monitary business funds.
