I was impressed at the response. Perhaps, because it was such a contrast to the rest of the nation.
I’m not familiar-
is it reasonable to assume that if they get arrested again that they will be penalized?
The prosecutors and magistrate found that the affidavits lacked a probable cause threshold.
Some of the affidavits simply stated, “was given notice to disperse but failed to do so.”
Apparently, the judge and prosecutor did not find that to be enough to charge.
