The owner of TikTok says he has no intention of selling his company and will just discontinue it in the US if it comes to that. I suspect he intends to file lawsuits against them shutting it down. Kennedy sees an opening here to pick up the support of young people.

There is no ban for TikTok only to sell it to non China connections.
I don't mind TikTok being banned, it should've been done years ago, but I'm wondering how the legislation that was passed is not a Bill of Attainder, or is The Constitution totally out the window now?
