Congress voted to save Ukraine from Putin for a while, plus import more Rashida Tlaib voters, plus their descendants in the coming years. Somehow I don't recall much discussion of the latter two features of the aid-for-Ukraine.

But seriously, the first thing to do is to increase options of getting off the grid. Grow your own food, have your own markets in specie and barter of goods and services, establish your own independent communication grid, power sources, chain of command. Dark forces are right now in the driver’s seat, but they do not yet have total control. Fight them if you can. Become independent above all else, win or lose. It’s why there was a frontier.
