In 1966 when Reagan was the Governor of CA he was checking out the protests at UC Santa Cruz and a commie nut went up to his window and yelled “We are the future!” Reagan asked an aide for a sheet of paper, wrote something on it, and pressed it to the glass. “I’ll sell my bonds,” read his reply.
