USA foreign policy has been good at times; just not so much under the Biden administration. Of course come to think of it...what HAS been good under the Biden administration? With his batting average, the last thing that should be considered is any possibility of his running for re-election. Personally can’t think of a single reason for his name on a ballot in America. It is absolutely shameful.
