Drat. It’s still too early for it to be hot. I hoped you’d get some decent spring weather this year before summer settles in.
It’s been low 80s here the past couple of days but with roaring wind, it hasn’t felt that warm. This windy weather is getting old real fast.
It was a slow weekend at the museum but that’s par for the course when we first open. Had fun visitors though. Had a sweet young couple and their young daughters who are from Taiwan this afternoon and they were there for quite a while. I had a great time with them.
We got up to 88 degrees, and other than that it was nice. And then, about an hour ago, the wind burst alive and now it’s nasty. Lightning in the east, but not sure where it’s going. With this kind of wind and all the tornadoes around the midsection of the US yesterday and today, I hope the really bad stuff stays well away.
I’m glad you had some nice guests to enjoy and to show what y’all have to offer in the away of military history. I’ll bet they learned a lot from you!
