Who pulled the documents and physically placed the documents inside the boxes.
Were the contents catalogued and cross-referenced to the box, which I assume was numbered in some manner?
Were any of the files from the Rose Law Firm found at MAL?

Exactly. If they sent the documents without checking them to ensure there was no classified documents, they violated federal law and put our country at risk. TGSA sent classified documents to a storage facility.
