The Azov brigade is still not allowed to receive US assistance, and Zelensky has refused to resolve this issue, said brigade commander Denis Prokopenko. According to him, the team twice tried to submit a petition on the website of the President of Ukraine, but they refused to publish it. The OP referred that this issue does not fall within the competence of Zelensky.
The point is that the US itself is prohibiting the supply of American weapons to Azov.

The Azovs (Ukrainian Nazis) were the FIRST bunch we went to after OVERTHROWING their elected government in Ukraine and installing our own, hand-selected, government (the Zeepers will contend that their elected government was in the pocket of Moscow, but so what - maybe that’s why they were elected?).

Check out this article - like the other cases of Western arms manufacturers blowing up, I suspect this is another case of scrapping hard-fought-for safety protocols to ‘increase production’. Nazi is a very specific term. It is an ideology that places one ethnic group over others and seeks to subjugate foreign countries for the benefit of the home ethnic group. Is there any evidence that the Azov Brigade advocates the invasion and subjugation of Russia for the benefit of the Ukrainian ethnic group. And do not just show me flags. Show me the program to conquer and subjugate Russia.
On the other hand, Putin clearly wants to subjugate the Ukrainian people for the benefit of Russians. So who are the real Nazis?

The Neocons have A HISTORY of sending money to the most effective fighting force supporting their destruction of a country...so it would be TOTALLY out of character to not being sending it to the Ukrainian Nazis... which, of course, is the MAIN REASON they do not want the money audited.

So no, there was not the direct and deliberate shelling of the ethnic Russian population. But this lies continues to be repeated because it is useful for those who wish to justify Russia's invasion. Meanwhile, Russia has repeatedly bombed Ukrainian cities hundreds of miles away from the front lines and have caused civilian casualties many times greater than those in Donbas. Yet those who make false claims about the Ukrainian "Nazis" shelling civilians are completely silent about these.
