The charges are irrelevant. They could be anything, it doesn’t matter.
The evidence is irrelevant, it could be none at all, it could all prove Trump innocent. Doesn’t matter.
There is a concept of Jury Nullification. This is the opposite - a show trial.
Trump will be found guilty regardless of anything. This is a kangaroo court, a sham trial.
We already had such a trial in NY but it was a civil case. The allegations were nonsense, there was no evidence, and Trump was found guilty.
So not a jury of your peers.
Wow. So there’s a problem with lack of evidence so Trump may be found not guilty? Why is that a problem? If there is no evidence against a person...they are innocent! That is the way it is suppose to work! The MSM act like this is life or death for the Dems.
Chances are he will be convicted butwill be overturned on appeal
