I imagine it would be considered in very poor taste, and a bad strategy, but if Trump were to debate Biden and make a comment about Beau dying in Iraq, I think Joe would totally melt down and never recover.
I bet you Biden would be the one to bring up Beau, not Trump. If Biden brings him up, he’s fair game.
