Sounds like fun.

Maybe the election in Ohio in 2024 will be the most secure election evah?

Sorry, butthere are legal deadlines.

try showing up late to a cruise ship departure and watch it sail away without you.

Complicating this case is the possibility that the Biden will not be the democrat nominee at the convention.

I wonder what will happen then?

That’s a shame. DNC will have to pony up some big bucks...

The article is rather vague on the fact that Biden does not respect existing law. Which is why there is a problem to begin with. Biden should not be on the ballot if he could not follow the law.

Well it was probably a group of Didn't Earn It officials at DNC that didn't bother looking up legal deadlines before setting up their convention. Hope they are all fired.

I'm sure the state will waive this, just as they should if the tables were turned.

Some judge will rule that Biden (or his replacement) must be on the ballot, the laws of the state of Ohio be damned. We’ve seen it happen before.

I guess the real question should be, how long has this law been on the books?

If it was before 2020, then overturning it now with a lawsuit will be very dangerous?

If Crappy Pants followed the law in 2020, “why can’t he follow it now” would be a legitimate question to raise in court.

Idiotic grandstanding pander from the Ohio GOP. There is zero chance Biden is not on the ballot. Maybe it makes a few poeple happy but it will probably cost more votes than it gains.

Even worse if some how there is 1% chance he doesn’t get on, and he doesn’t, then the House will get to decide, right? What are the odds that the GOP in all its ineptness would win that fight even if Trump clearly won?

So yeah Ohio GOP drive that bus off the cliff and then cry foul if the Dems gain the advantage.
