That is kidnapping and false imprisonment. The janitors would have been legal to use deadly force to escape. As it is, there should be an open kidnapping investigation happening.
I agree. but in NYC only those who defend themselves against criminals (and of course Donald Trump) are prosecuted. In short don't hold your breath for the bratty entitled spoiled fools to be prosecuted.
