Israel can launch an invasion and just say it’s not ‘full scale’. If it was full scale everyone would be dead and the place would be leveled.
The IDF is nibbling around the edges, & as the edges retreat, the IDF advances. Probably a good thing because they missed a lot of tunnels in the north and had to go back in to clean up.
