Is Sanders self-loathing? I don't know and I don't care. What is readily apparent is that he is a life-long Marxist, an ideology that killed hundreds of millions in the 20th century and yet that he still believes is the solution to humanity's problems. and despite that life-long belief in Marxism, he has managed, through public service, to greatly enrich himself. Just like the Politburo apparatchiks in his beloved Soviet Union. The fact that he's Jewish yet seems to hate Israel is just another strike against him.
